Regulator is a regulatory institution which is responsible for auditing, regulating and establishing guidelines for members. Members may be banks, non-bank financial institutions, and public companies, etc., in order to create service standards. performance and transparency in the financial markets.

  1. Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) ,United Kingdom
  2. Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), Australia
  3. National Futures Association (NFA) ,United State of America
  4. Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), Cyprus

Regulators in financial markets (stock market, bond market, foreign exchange market) may be set up by a government or private organization. but regardless of which sector is established They have the same objectives. To create fairness, transparency, operational standards, prevent and detect fraud, and ensure that customers are treated honestly and fairly.
