    19. Property sale document(s);<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    21. Inheritance document(s);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    22. Company sale document(s);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    23. Divorce settlement document(s); and\/or<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    25. Technical data, including IP addresses, device identifiers, browser types, and cookie data collected when you access our website or trading platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      For you to enjoy the full benefits of Zeal\u2019s services, Zeal may (depending on circumstances) collect other Data that may be crucial to provide Zeal\u2019s services.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      How Zeal uses the Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Zeal only uses information held about you in the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2.  Managing and administering the products and services provided to you; <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3.  Keeping you updated as a client in relation to changes to Zeal\u2019s services and relevant matter(s); <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. To carry out Zeal\u2019s obligations arising from any contracts entered between you and Zeal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

        Depending on the products and services concerned and the relevant restrictions on sensitive data, the Data may be disclosed to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2. Potential successors in title to Zeal; <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Third party consultants, contractors, or other service providers who may access the Data in the course of providing services to Zeal, including but not limited to:<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. SumSub<\/strong>, a verification platform, for the purposes of remote identity verification, fraud prevention, enforcement of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing laws and regulations, internal risk management, and due diligence procedures;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. Acuity<\/strong>, a global economic calendar service provider, to deliver real-time economic event information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        6. Zotapay<\/strong>, a payment gateway service provider, to facilitate payment processing solutions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        7. GlobalDots<\/strong>, an IT solutions provider, to support the company\u2019s technology infrastructure and services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        8. Etech<\/strong>, a payment gateway service provider, to enable payment processing solutions; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        9. Sentvia<\/strong>, a payment gateway service provider, to support payment processing activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        10. Introducing brokers with whom Zeal has a mutual relationship (any of whom may be within or outside the European Economic Area); <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        11. Any organisation or person acting on your behalf to whom you request Zeal to provide information, including your financial advisor, broker, solicitor or accountant; <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        12. Third parties where it is necessary to process a transaction or provide services you have requested; <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        13. To a Trade Repository or similar; <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        14. Credit providers, courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities in response to legal and regulatory requests, as agreed or authorised by but not limited to Part IV of the Data Protection Act 2023 and Section 32 of the Financial Consumer Protection Act 2022; <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        15. Auditors or contractors or other advisers auditing, assisting with or advising on any of Zeal business purposes, in any jurisdiction where Zeal operates; <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        16. At your request or with your consent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        17. by using Zeal\u2019s services, you explicitly consent to the processing, storage, and cross-border transfer of your Data to third-party service providers, identity verification agencies, and payment gateways located outside of the Republic of Seychelles. Zeal ensures that all such international transfers are conducted in compliance with the Data Protection Act, 2023, and that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your Data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

          The Manner of Data Record Keeping <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          In accordance with Section 31 Financial Consumer Protection Act 2022, Zeal holds personal information in a combination of secure computer storage facilities and paper-based files and other records and take steps to protect the received Data from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or unauthorised disclosure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Zeal limit access of information only to those relevant employees or partners that need to know the information to enable the carrying out of the contractual obligation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Zeal has procedures in place regarding how to safeguard and use the Data. In accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Act, 2020, Zeal is legally required to retain your Data, including identity and transaction records, for a minimum period of seven (7) years after the termination of our business relationship. After this statutory retention period expires, if Zeal considers that the Data is no longer needed, Zeal will securely delete or anonymize the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          While Zeal commits to use all resources to safeguard your Data, however you shall acknowledge that the use of the internet is not entirely secure and for this reason, you understood, acknowledged and accepted the risk of Data leakage that is beyond Zeal\u2019s reasonable control.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

          Your Right to Access or Limit Zeal\u2019s Right to Access to the Data<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          You have the right to reject the request of Zeal in collecting, processing, and use of your Data in accordance with this Notice. You may also revoke your previous consent given to Zeal anytime by contacting Zeal\u2019s customer service at cx@zfx.com<\/a>. However, should you decline to consent on the collection and use of Data, Zeal may not be able to provide you with the services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          You also have the right to obtain a copy of any personal information which Zeal holds about you and to advise Zeal of any perceived inaccuracy subject to Section 28 of the Data Protection Act 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          You also have the right to be forgotten, i.e., the right to ask Zeal to delete or otherwise dispose of any of your personal data that Zeal holds, provided that such deletion does not conflict with Zeal\u2019s statutory data retention obligations under Seychelles AML\/CFT legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          You may also contact us to voluntarily allow the disclosure of your personal data for third-party use. In such cases, we may require you to sign the necessary documents before proceeding with the disclosure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Zeal may charge an administrative fee to cover the cost of verifying the application and locating, retrieving, reviewing and copying any material requested by you.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

          Further Amendment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          Zeal may from time to time, post amendments to this Notice on Zeal\u2019s website and if you continue to use Zeal\u2019s service, you shall be deemed to accept such amendments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
