When using many different online services, forgetting your password on occasion can happen. If you do forget your password, don\u2019t panic; it’s easy to reset.<\/p>\n

Reset your MyZFX password<\/h2>\n

To reset your password for MyZFX, simply click the \u201cforgot password\u201d link on the MyZFX login page. A new password will be sent to your registered e-mail address if it matches an account in the system.<\/p>\n

If you already know the passwords to your MyZFX account but want to change the password for other reasons, you can do by following these steps:<\/p>\n

  1. Click \u201cPersonal Information\u201d in the menu, then select \u201cPersonal Information\u201d.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the pencil icon in the \u201cPassword\u201d row.<\/li>\n
  3. You need to verify this action; choose to verify either by email or SMS. Click \u201cClick for verification\u201d to be sent a verification code.<\/li>\n
  4. Enter the verification code you received<\/li>\n
  5. Enter your new password.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Reset your MetaTrader 4 password<\/h2>\n

    To reset your MetaTrader 4 password, you need to sign in to your MyZFX account, click \u201cTrading\u201d, and select \u201cAccount list\u201d. The Account list shows all MT4 live and demo accounts you have. Choose the account you want to reset the password for, click the ellipsis icon, and select \u201cReset Password\u201d. Finally, enter the new password twice, making sure to meet all the requirements.<\/p>\n
